Mission Setup

Choose who is building the roster, how many stations are on the route, and who should receive the final summary. Required Ops contacts stay locked in by default.

Per-station block: Line 1 is always the station name. Line 2 is normally a shift tag (6x2, 2x10, 0600-1400, 6am-2pm, etc.). If line 2 is not a shift pattern, it is treated as the first guard line. Multi-station route docs still use 6x2 / 2x10 section markers; optional ### Station Name forces a new station. Labeled template: use Insert template for Station Name: / Shift: / Guards: blocks—those convert automatically. How many stations updates from the preset when it changes. Status on same line: Jane Doe call-off; or Vacant.

Pass a route to another supervisor (any device): export a .json handoff file, send it (email, Teams, USB), then they import it here.

Master Daily Supervisor Summary

Upload multiple supervisor route exports, or build entries manually with compact/expanded supervisor cards. Then export one master daily Excel summary.

Master station roster (reference)

Paste or upload your full station list (Notepad .txt, Word .doc/.docx, PDF, Excel .xls/.xlsx, CSV/TSV). Names appear as suggestions while you build each station, and DAR parsing can recognize those headers more reliably.

Manager Winteam Report Upload

Manager-only. Upload Winteam / rollcall exports or paste report text; the organizer maps them into this builder’s template so you can apply a parsed route.
